Robyn Knox is the Vice President of Human Resources at Southern Weaving Company. Since November of 2007, Knox has led the human resource efforts of the company, including developing recruitment and retention initiatives, defining benefit and compensation strategy, implementing wellness programs, and simplifying payroll processing. As a partner in the strategic planning process, Knox has focused on aligning human resource initiatives with the overall business priorities.
Knox is a Clemson University graduate, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development. Knox is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute. Prior to joining Southern Weaving, Knox served 14 years in human resources at Fiberweb North America.
